We sold our home without a RE agent. Janet and her crew at Pioneer managed all the paperwork between buyer and seller (and, in our case, the mobile home park manager). Escrow closed and funds were wired. While it's possible we may have been able to do the whole process ourselves, there was a confidence dealing with someone who knows how to keep all the ducks in their row and how to keep things moving to a swift and proper conclusion. Could not be happier.
