If at all possible, use another company! They refuse to accept a Power of Attorney. I found the woman, Fran Milanta to be the rudest, most dishonest, petty individual I have ever encountered. Since Pioneer seems to have a monopoly in Cochise County, then go to a Tucson based company. They are far more helpful and honest.

I had a loan that was handled through Pioneer Title.They were fine as far as dealing with the payments etc.We had a automatic withdrawal for for the monthly payment to the owner so we did not have to much face to face contact with them.My only gripe is it was next to impossible to update my address.My mom e-mailed them the new address but they said we had to fill out the Change of address form.Well, after traveling to 2 different offices that would not take the updated address I finally got to the correct office in Sierra Vi... read more

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A ZERO IF I COULD BUT IT WILL FORCE ME TO GIVE IT AT LEAST ONE STAR. HORRIBLE! STAY CLEAR. THEY MAKE THIS PROCESS VERY VERY DIFFICULT UNNECESSARILY...SNOTTY STAFF, UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY, CATHY ROE? STEER CLEAR SHE IS NOT HELPFUL IN ANY SENSE.....UGH. PURCHASED LAND IN CHICAGO AND NEW YORK EASIER THAN CATHY CLOSING AZ PROPERTY.....I AM SO.....UNIMPRESSED.
