I had a loan that was handled through Pioneer Title.They were fine as far as dealing with the payments etc.We had a automatic withdrawal for for the monthly payment to the owner so we did not have to much face to face contact with them.My only gripe is it was next to impossible to update my address.My mom e-mailed them the new address but they said we had to fill out the Change of address form.Well, after traveling to 2 different offices that would not take the updated address I finally got to the correct office in Sierra Vista.I filled it out and they would not take it because my husband needed to sign it as well.The lady I talked to on the phone said only I needed to sign the form.I started to get angry as I was given the run around.Than the lady in Sierra Vista said the office in Bisbee would take the updated address form.However, that was not what I was told earlier.Well, to make a long story short it took 2 years to update my address on file.
