It's wonderful
When the audit was done on our impound account, the accounting process didn't even line up with the cost of our insurance and taxes from the previous year nor the year before it. If my previous year's insurance was $1818, and the year before that was $1466, why the hell would Pioneer budget it out to only have $1,177 in the account when the insurance premium would be due again?
