We recently had a closing with Riley Kretzer as the buyer, and Steve Lemler as the seller. I am an agent with Bankers Real Estate and we represented both seller and buyer. We had some serious prior title issues that jeopardized the closing of our escrow. Debra researched and got the issues resolved and we closed escrow as scheduled.
