I called Pioneer and spoke with Amanda. What an awesome and cheerful person! I could feel her smile through the phone! She immediately set me up with an appointment and Lawson, owner, arrived very promptly. We sat and discussed my problem and he immediately went to work! What a total gentleman!! He came all the days agreed upon, always on time, very reasonable price, and he is totally knowledgeable in his profession. From the first phone call, I knew this place was very different. Amanda was so friendly, prompt and understanding and most of all kind. I felt relieved after making the first appointment. Lawson is truly one of the most polite gentlemen I’ve ever met in my life. If he says he’ll be here at a certain time, he is! I’m so very thankful this company was recommended to me. He has gladly answered all of my questions and taken time to explain all options. I’m very impressed and just so thankful to meet him.
Very professional personnel. From calling in to receiving my service was a very quick turn around time. I will be using them for any other pest control needs.
