They will send you a past due bill expressing you to pay your past due amount by a certain date. Ok no problem. For some reason my service always gets disconnected before the past due date on the letter and email they send. This in turn accrues a reconnection fee (every month) that I should of never had to pay. This should be illegal or some sort of fraud behavior by the company. Like any other monopoly. I asked them to hook up my internet on November 30th of last year. It is now the middle of April, and still no internet. From their crappy phones to their 720p "HD" channels that come in chunky and missing sound, they just never can get anything right. I'm just going to get unlimited data on my Verizon phone and pass the connection onto the rest of my WiFi gear through it. It's cheaper that way.
No 24 hour number to contact after hour when your service gies out. Not happy!
