Horrible tenants in other unit's along with prior property management let the place completely fall apart & didn't take care of any of the serious issue's that were partaking.
There is a family of 3 generations living in 2 of the units. They are squatting in the one unit with no lease for shelter while they should be caring for the 5 kids (3bd's) although instead tweaking from meth and crack they continue breaking into other units for shelter to steal equipment from the storage unit along with other misc. valuable property. I dont think it is acceptable for children to be living out of a hotel where needles are on the ground. CYS will find them I'm sure.
DO NOT COME HERE! GO TO RAINBOW MOTEL :) Absolutely horrible experience with this place and the fellow Mike who runs it. I will start with the first day I suppose. I paid for unit 16 which has a full-sized tub. However the day of move in I arrived to a maintenance guy here with a key for unit 15 which has a stand up shower and its known I have a 6 months old and also was not in the best or ever close to "move in ready" condition. I know someone that lived here. They fix nothing!!! There is a family living there they are dirty and have a dog!!!! The place wasn't clean when he moved it, we had to do it. I took pictures of the broken stuff in his room, contacted the person said they would be fixed, never happened. The place is a rip off!!!
