We have used Pioneer Stone about 6 years ago for a kitchen reno but this time we had a little hiccup. It took a bit longer than expected. I was very pleased with the customer service i received to rectify and resolve the issue at hand.
We have used Pioneer Stone about 6 years ago for a kitchen reno but this time was different! I went in with my mother-in-law to order a simple stone tabletop for her coffee table, only about 2x4 feet. The representative who helped us promised it would be ready in 2–3 days due to one of his employees being on vacation. It has now been over a month and a half, and we still have not received the tabletop. Doing a big renovation comes with stresses but using Nicolas and his team at Pioneer Stone Works made the process much easier . He is professional and was very knowledgeable designing our kitchen cabinet layout and the installation of our beautiful quartz countertops. Pioneer made our entire process seamless from the time Nicolas came out to measure everything to the completion when everything was installed We have future projects and we’ll definitely be using Pioneer Stone Works again!

Nick helped us pick out granite for our fireplace and quartz for our bathroom. I wish we had known about Pioneer when we did our kitchen countertops as they’re much easier to work with and have better quality products! Very professional customer service, a great selection, and quick and neat installation. Definitely recommend!
