From the moment I met with my Doctor, to the scheduling around my work schedule, they were amazing. The physical therapist were great and really listened to the areas I was having pain and discomfort. I would highly recommend them.
I found them to be very inconsiderate from the first telephone call to schedule my appointment to my first visit with Dr. Faoust. No one their is in the least bit pleasant and all registration conversations can be overheard in the waiting room! Clearly a HIPPA violation. I really felt that the only thing they were interested in was providing pain medication, more x-rays and then another M.D. appointment, then maybe physical therapy!
