Worked here for one day and quit…this place is stuck in the old times with paper charting, paper checks, they had me doing wound care, taking iv’s out and also don’t use briefs so they just use the bathroom on the pads that you change and often have to change the bed sheets multiple times while trying not to get hit by the clients.

My mother was placed here to help her try to wean off her ventilator. The staff was very kind and really cared for my mom. The whole team started to feel like family to my sister and I who were there every day. She received thorough comprehensive care there. I would recommend this facility anytime.

I like the care my father gets but don't care for the case manager or the other nurse who's in charge and some of the staff...I've done everything i possibly can to get info on my father but was coerced into getting medicaid or the threat of them calling DHS my sister and I are his P.O.A and we are doing all we can to get the long term care he needs if he doesnt get medicaid we can't pay outta pocket for his care as I'm disabled with threats from what they say that medicaid can do they are not judge or an attorney...threats ... read more
