So far filing a claim has been such a ridiculous process. My father passed in December, documents for claim submitted by email in February with no reply or mention of receiving said documents, a month later I was sent an email asking for documents that were already submitted so I resubmitted still never hearing anything back. 3 weeks after that I called to sit on hold 45 min and 2 people later all they said was the documents were not accepted because of "e-signature" which was never relayed, I resent those immediately, yet s... read more

Terrible customer service. I have requested a policy three times, still no policy. Been on the phone on hold for over an hour today, no one wants to take the call. Pitiful.....but they draft the premium each month though!
I have been unable to reach my agent as I signed up about 4 days ago. I need to make a change and Ms. THORPE has not returned my calls as she said she gave me her direct number and trying to get someone from the main number is just as bad. This is my notice to opt out. A stop payment has been put in place. Total POOR SERVICE.
