We hired Pioneer to perform a 3rd party inspection on a new RV we were purchasing. Rick did a great job. He identified several issues that needed to be addressed, and we received a comprehensive report (approximately 70 pages) with detailed information, photographs, and action items. Rick was awesome! First, he was on time. Tardiness is my pet peeve. He made sure we understood everything he was explaining and would repeat if needed. He answered every question we had and went over items we may have missed in our questions. We are brand new RVers so we had many questions. He also has very reasonable rates. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again with any questions I am sure we will have. Thank you again Rick.
We hired Rick to do a pre paid inspection on a motorhome that was in another town. Rick is extremely thorough with his inspection and very good at keeping his clients informed of every step. He helped us make the best decision for our motorhome. We heavily depended on his reports to make the right call. One thing to note is that while he's an extremely proficient inspector, he is not a mechanic.
