now working with the fourth manager in nine years, "rules" enforced that are not in the resident guidebook. unless you never talk, everyone knows your business. Gossip is a major pastime. Input from residences is "welcome" but never put into action. too many nitpicky rules enforced by people who get to go home at night. not enough regard for thoseof us who actually live here. on the positive side, it is a very quiet place to live

Drove by to check this place out and it looks a mess outside. It looks nothing like the pictures, it looks run down and trashy. Too much junk laying around and the property management is non responsive.
Has potential to be cute. Maintenance is a joke. Tells you "In a couple weeks" every time he needs to do more than talk to you. Won't actually schedule time to do any work. Office lady will bold face lie to you. I asked if the apartment passed inspection as it was pretty shabby and nasty when I got the keys. She straight up said "yes." I found out after I moved in that it in fact DID NOT pass inspection.
