DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They were not ready at 4 check in, couldn’t give us a time to come back, and were rude. Can’t state enough how much of a hassle checking in was
Pioneer Ridge facilitated a recent great stay in Steamboat. The condo was clean and the service was wonderful. The team communicated wonderfully and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I highly recommend and will be booking with them again.
For an extraordinary amount of $ I got a unit that had a ridiculously terrible sofa sleeper and a full bed that was advertised to be a queen. They claimed the unit slept 6 but truly it slept 3 max. The manager kept playing “phone tag” with me and offered me a refund on my pet fee. These guys are liars and cheaters and I would look elsewhere.
