Worse experience ever. Please do not rent from this people if you want to be responsible paying for their damage machinery that they rent out. They do not offer protection warranty, they rent you stuff that is already not working so you can be responsible to pay for it. same experience happen to 3 other people I know.

Used horse trailer would not recommend as “all the lights work” running lights stoped working the floor board not a 100% for halling horses the trailer breaks did not work .... super unhappy

Extortionists. Brought a capable truck to pull the gear, as I have done so many times before, but this morning they told me the truck was insufficient. The total pull was approximately 4500lbs, the truck is rated to pull 6500. It’ll do it all day long (it has). They were real interested in getting me to let them haul the machines though....to the tune of $75 each way, to go 5 miles total. So an extra $300? Hard pass, also canceled my two rentals. We don't make the rules on what trucks tow our equipment, insurance does. Furthermore, all delivery quotes are round trip. So two deliveries would actually be $150 total. Perhaps reaching out to management would have been good idea before leaving a negative review. Good luck.
Pioneer Rental have the best selection of equipment that it's all very well maintained. I go out of my way to rent from Pioneer Rental because I know that when renting their equipment it is going to perform as it should. CONTRACTORS BE WARNED!!!!! I rented a mini excavator to clear out some blackberries for a day. When I returned the equipment a guy named Craig blamed me for two dents that were clearly there prior. I know this because I saw them when I picked it up. There was blue paint that had rubbed off of whatever car or other eqipment that had been hit. Without an invoice my card was charged almost $2000.
