At first I thought it was a really good place. In the last couple of months my mom started calling me and complaining. The nurses even took the phone from her a couple of times and hung up on me. Then we decided to to move her out and the cups that she drank out of daily had mold in them! (She has Alzheimer’s) No I never checked the cups before they had lids on them. JUST EVERYBODY ON STAFF HAS BEEN PHENOMINAL. Getting mom adjusted to her new surroundings has been seamless. I do appreciate the kindness they showed mom and us. Thank you to everyone who understood the gravity of what our family is going through in making this transition feel less hurtful
