Liz Hidalgo was amazing to work with throughout our apartment search. She was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Quite poor, I would avoid, specially Sean Flynn. Unable to manager their properties in a consistent manner. Running on very old management software technology that is a nightmare to use. Often sub down to the lowest level of contractor to actually manager the property, and those "employees" just yell at you and don't enjoy doing any of the work properly. Again, if you are looking for a rental option in Chicago, I would look elsewhere. Unless you are exclusively working with Helen Bailey. She is awesome!
