I am at a loss with this shop. I took my for 6.0 in for an oil change and a fuel filter replacement back in October. 2 days later, while we were out of state on vacation, the truck started spittering and sputtering. We brought it back to the shop as soon as we had a minute after we got back from vacation. A few YouTube and Google searches said it was probably because they didn't prime the filter correctly. I will never go back!!! I don’t know what those men’s problem is but clearly they hate their jobs and need to find new ones!! I’ve got my oil changed there multiple times and the guy has always had an attitude! Yesterday took the cake! I was waiting in line one guy told me to come up the other guy just finished a car and “assumed” I was going to that bay even tho the other guy told me to come up. Every time I come through for an oil change they treat me right. Been coming there for years. Love this shop!
Best oil change service ever! Amazing hospitality and John David is a hottie! He really knows how to get those lubricants in all the places that need to slip and slide if you catch my drift! Highly recommend and would do it again! 5 out of 5
