Usually a great experience but today felt impersonal. They marked that they checked the air filter, wiper blades, and other fluids but the only thing I saw them check was wiper fluid and tires. I have a bad wiper blade so I know they didn't check it. I even asked if they checked everything else and he said yes but I watched him only check oil filter and fill with oil. Came very close to having my engine ruined and being stranded because the oil plug in my car was not properly installed after my last oil change. If it wasn’t for my low oil light and getting in to the mechanic (as it was barely on) in time, I would be sitting with a trashed engine and a very large repair bill. I had been going to them for years - guess I was lucky. I’m not going to take that chance again!
Only thing is recently I've been trying to get an oil change thru these guys the past month or so and they been closing a half hr early. What's up with that. I was gonna try again today after work but I'm afraid they will close early again.
Excellent service and employees. Oil change always done right.
