Really surprised to see recent 5 star reviews. I worked with Pioneer for over a year and the service I received was terrible. During onboarding, the Pioneer team was very responsive and professional, but once the contract was signed and they collected their onboarding fees, the level of service completely changed. Early on, I requested to be notified any time a work order over $300 came in, I was told this wouldn't be an issue.
