We thank the Lord Jesus for leading us to rent with Pioneer Property Management in Longmont, CO. Their management process is very professional, organized, and fair. Most importantly, they were prompt in fixing issues in the house. We are especially grateful for Megan Smith, a PM from Pioneer Property Management. She was so wonderful to work with in the short time that we knew her. She contributed to making the move-out process smooth for us because she responded promptly to our questions and treated us kindly.
Really surprised to see recent 5 star reviews. I worked with Pioneer for over a year and the service I received was terrible. During onboarding, the Pioneer team was very responsive and professional, but once the contract was signed and they collected their onboarding fees, the level of service completely changed. Early on, I requested to be notified any time a work order over $300 came in, I was told this wouldn't be an issue. We just moved out of our Pioneer property, and we couldn't have had a better experience! They were timely with communication and maintenance requests, they always communicated any changes or updates, and overall were just great to work with! Would rent with them again.
