Pioneer Property Management did a wonderful job renting our townhouse. They did a very good job in screening the tenants and we had no issues at all while the property was being occupied. Pioneer Property Management made transitioning to selling the home easy and they were very supportive and helpful. This is a very professional business to partner with and will look to work with them in the future.
We thank the Lord Jesus for leading us to rent with Pioneer Property Management in Longmont, CO. Their management process is very professional, organized, and fair. Most importantly, they were prompt in fixing issues in the house. We are especially grateful for Megan Smith, a PM from Pioneer Property Management. She was so wonderful to work with in the short time that we knew her. She contributed to making the move-out process smooth for us because she responded promptly to our questions and treated us kindly.
We’ve trusted this team with our Denver property for nearly five years, and they have been exceptional throughout. They are responsive, accountable, efficient, and incredibly trustworthy. Managing a property remotely is easy when you know everything will be handled professionally and promptly. In almost five years, they haven’t missed a beat. We highly recommend them.
We always appreciated if and when an issue came up at the property, that the Pioneer team was ontop of it. They regularly checked in through every and any issue we had, making sure the problem was fixed. Always had quick and professional technicians come to resolve the problem. We just felt like we were always a priority, and not an inconvenience if we reached out. Thanks again Pioneer property management group. Really surprised to see recent 5 star reviews. I worked with Pioneer for over a year and the service I received was terrible. During onboarding, the Pioneer team was very responsive and professional, but once the contract was signed and they collected their onboarding fees, the level of service completely changed. Early on, I requested to be notified any time a work order over $300 came in, I was told this wouldn't be an issue.
