Pioneer Property Management took over where I where I live not too long ago and I have 2 issues going on that I have reported and nothing is being done about it. I don't understand why people buy property and don't maintain it. I'm going to report it to my case manager at OACAC and if they don't advocate on my behalf I will go to Ashley Reynolds on KY3. When we get older all we want is to live in a place and NOT worry about things not working properly!
So far my experience with Pioneer has been smooth and simple.
Nothing but great things to say about Pioneer Property. Any issues have been quickly resolved. Pete is the man!
