She has been extremely attentive, communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind and respectful. We started working with Jason and Bobbi back in May to rent out our first home, and they have been fantastic from day one. They’re always extremely responsive and made the entire process—from the initial walkthrough to getting our tenants settled—so easy. We’re completely hands-off now, which is exactly what we hoped for, and we feel totally confident knowing our home is being taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager!
I'm very pleased with Bobbi / Pioneer. I live in town, but have zero interest in doing the management part of the condo I own as a rental. Managed it for almost 10 years myself--totally lacked charm. There was nothing about that that didn't cause me angst. My condo is in excellent shape and I wanted it to remain that way. Turning it over to someone else, however, was a difficult step, but I couldn't be happier with the service given by Pioneer and Bobbi.
