Very happy with my experience with Pioneer, specifically with Kristen! She's been transparent and communicative throughout the rental process and made it easy for me. My history with rental companies has always been like pulling teeth to get a response, but not here. Couldn't recommend more!
Prospective tenant perspective: Staff is friendly and very responsive/organized, and the process of accepting one application at a time is fair. The predatory fees, however, drag Pioneer down significantly. You are (currently) charged $65 for an application, 15% of rent as a lease prep fee to move-in, a monthly $25 admin fee, a $150 move-out fee, and more. She is easy to connect with and responds very quickly with answers and solutions to all our questions.
