I ordered propane on Jan 3rd said my tank was 25% just before Christmas. waited 1 week and no propane so called them again they said we will get to you some time this week, I told them my tank was now down to 10% and asked if they could please hurry and told them I was handicap and all alone so they said we will put a note on it! Here it is Fri Jan 13th still no propane and haven't heard from them so I called and said come get my tank!!! I no longer want it!! pretty bad 10 days and no nothing!!!!
Awful. They don't seem to answer the phone, and when they do answer it is as if you are just an annoying customer so BFD, and we have ordered propane over a week ago and still no delivery. Go with someone else.
