Pioneer Pools have been without a doubt the worst ever organisation that I have ever dealt with. They have been a constant nightmare not something that any person buying a pool could ask for. Quoted 6-8 weeks to complete the entire job. NOW AT WEEK 19 AND STILL COUNTING. (Yes that is approx 4.5 MONTHS) So much for "it will be finished well before December" that we were promised. It has gone from 'disappointing and frustrating' to now just becoming a joke. The reason it is taking so long is because they do a bit of work for a day or 2 then disappear off the face of the earth for a few weeks.
