Ben and Luke came to do an emergency repair of my leaking clawfoot tub on a Friday afternoon, they got to work - dealt with my obnoxious property manager who never answers the phone, and left me with a functional shower (brand new faucet), and left the bathroom looking like they were never here. i’m so grateful!

I had a disappointing experience with Pioneer Plumbing. Communication was poor from the start. They didn’t tell me when they’d arrive, didn’t knock, and entered through the back without saying a word. Throughout the job, we had to initiate every conversation just to understand what was going on. When they finished the job they didn’t even take the initiative to let us know that they had finished, provide a summary of work that was done, and what the root cause was.
