We contacted this company several months ago to address a leak with our hot water tank. They came out that day, said they weren't familiar with the brand/type of tank we had and would research it. We attempted to contact them quite a few times in the following weeks but no response. We ended up getting another company to fix the leak. I do not recommend this company!
I highly recommend, they did a great job installing a water softener, correcting some of the plumbing and went above and beyond when we had a problem (which was not their fault) to make sure everything was working properly.
George with Pioneer Plumbing is a great guy to work with if you have any plumbing issues. He replaced our waterlines in our 1950's house because we had very little water pressure. He was surprised we had any water at all after disconnecting the old lines because the were packed with corrosion. His company and employees are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. He's been doing this for years and it shows. We would recommend George at Pioneer for all of your plumbing issues.
