John did a great job replacing my shower faucet cartridge. Please be mindful that this company is solo operated. I was patient while John had to order an additional piece which took a day or so to arrive, but work was done very well. I watched and assisted to ensure a job well done.
Terrible customer service. Terrible workmanship. Terrible company. Had an installer, representing this company, quote me for a rough in plumbing job. I would remove concrete and get trenches dug if he would run water lines and get drains set. The job seemed to start off well but as time went on, he would show up when he wanted and became very dirty like he hadn't showered in weeks. I'm at the point of calling in inspection.
