Poor quality
I reached out to this manufacturer for a business that was having some major issues with their cup parts. They had a somewhat challenging task to solve the quality problems while still using a mold from overseas, that was far from perfect. They managed to do this successfully and we have seen not only much fewer rejected cup parts, but also much better business practices all around so far.
