If places in the mall are open then the parking garage access needs to be open as well. Closing it at 10 PM when locations in the mall stay open past 10 PM is idiotic. The entire purpose of having an attached parking structure is to prevent the need to walk outdoors late at night. This is a shortsighted and woefully incompetent decision-making blender and we will not be returning due to it.
