The phone receptionist has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. What a miserable person to have to interact with.
Anyone giving this place a bad review is a disgruntled former employee. Pioneer Place is a model of how other facilities should run. These people are doing it right. I worked here for more than two years and in all the facilities I've worked in, I've never seen the staff bond with the residents so much. Your loved one will truly be cared for by the staff here. I was excited to potentially start to work here but I was discriminated against before I could even sit down for an interview, and nothing was done when I sent an email about the incident. I only hope patients of color are being treated better than I was.
