I have had multiple visits here over the last couple of years due to the fact that this place is pretty much always open and they always receive walk-ins. But from all the doctors and nurses I have encountered at this clinic I have had the best service and attention from this amazing duo. Dr. Sanoufa and nurse Dhalia. I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Lou was the provider who saw me, and he was truly outstanding. As soon as he entered the room, he was friendly, attentive, and very professional. He took the time to listen to all my symptoms, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. I really appreciated that he took my concerns seriously and never rushed through the visit. I would absolutely recommend him.
