The medical staff and in office staff is nice and helpful, HOWEVER Oralia in billing is useless and incompetent. The office staff even agree with me that she is that way with them as well. She does not answer calls and sends people straight to voicemail. She will then send a text but never reply or call back. I tried to speak with her for 3 years and she sent me to collections.
