Pharmacy tried to deliver pills at midnight, without even letting us know! This was crazy to me. Of course everyone was sleeping, and if I did hear them I would be alarmed and wouldn’t open the door that time of night anyway! Just started using pharmacy, I will see if they improve.
As a hospice patient I like that the pharmacy delivers. However, waiting between 9:30-11:00PM at night is not unacceptable! Do better
Dealing with this pharmacy was very stressful. I had to call three times to transfer my dad's prescriptions before they actually did. He ended up without medication for several days because of the delay.
