The amazing people at Pioneer went above and beyond to help my family and I get back on the road. Had a wheel bearing locking up and we were a bit stranded. They worked us in even though they were very busy, and ensured we got back on the road quickly and safely. Thank you all!

Our truck broke down on the way home to CO. We limped into Pioneer and Cecil quickly diagnosed the problem. He could not stop working on what he was working on but told us he would stay after hours and fix it for us. Thank God for people like him!
We were on vacation going to Mt Rushmore and our car stalled. We got info that pioneer performance might be able to help. I called and talked with Scott who got everything started, including ordering the fuel pump for our Maxima.I had the car towed to their shop and Eric stopped what he was doing and after about an hour the fuel pump was done and we trucked on. We were heading on our vacation and our car ac was acting up. After attempting to charge it and it was fine we called auto mechanics. Scott answered the phone and said sure bring it on over right away we can read the codes and look at it for you. Needless to say a fan was cracked and after much digging by the wonderful mechanic we discovered the fans were actually unplugged. We had just bought the car a week before.
