I didn’t want to put even one star - the owner is a drug addict and ripped me off - TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL- had me arrested saying I had drank alcohol at 6am and my breathalyzer was .003 - the face wash I used apparently had alcohol in it, she called me and ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND NEXT THING I KNOW, IM ARRESTED FOR APPARENTLY DRINKING !!!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THE ONLY THING I WAS TOLD THAT I DID WRONG WAS NOT GIVING HER DRUGS - THE WOMAN SHOULD BE IN JAIL
I called pioneer peak on Friday to get some info on getting a loved one out of jail and less than a week later she was already approved, bail lowered, and getting out today ,(following Thursday). Fast and efficient are the words that come to mind with pioneer peak. They did an excellent job.
