I got one of Ann's nasty notes. I went to go talk to her about it. I told her I was not complying to anything on it. That's when she, PROMISED EVICTION on me. It wasn't over any rules being broken or anything like that. It was over the curtains hung in my own house, I OWN. She wanted them down. Let me say, she didn't get her way. Now she deals with my attorney
The management is a joke. They think they own your house. They forget the person is only renting the land. Ann- So called manages the place. BOY, Does she have her favorites. Just drive around, bet you can spot them!
Still currently living there. 1005 Davy Crockett. The community is great, Great area, Great schools. Very nice place to live. But then there's Ann. Threatens eviction if HER rules are not followed. It's beyond the park rules. Ann has her own rule book. Doesn't matter if you own your own house or not. She will tell you when you to water your grass and even tell you how to water your grass.
