Should a 5.3 girl with back problems have to build and carry 55 to 60 lbs pallets and get paid new hires starting pay while there are other boys there that could do it but don't want to .....
The Kohler family are great people to be around and to work for a very blessed family. But the to Amish guys they have managing production for them, Henry and Jonas Swartz are nice guys to work for but they don't pay overtime, and they don't pay your hospital bill if you get hurt at work so if you are looking to get a job there make sure you get hired under pioneer packaging not Wayde will take care of you but don't get hired under Swartz Premier Pallets they don't pay overtime, hospital bills from work, and they don't pay p... read more
