We absolutely love our Pioneer 1000! Thank you for being patient and answering all our questions. This place is awesome! No high pressure sales! Paperwork was fast and easy! Everyone was so nice! Great overall experience!
New 2024 Honda Fury. Best experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Justin had great communication. Had it delivered when they said it would be here. Other dealers will try and sneak in extra fees but not this one. Happy customer for life!!
January of 2024 I purchased a brand new Honda XR650L. Anyone who knows bikes knows this is a dry sump engine. Within 50 miles I noticed that the bike was smoking abnormaly. On top of this the turn signals fell off on my test ride because they were never tightened. I called them about it and was told to bring it in. I did that. They had it for 3 weeks. Never called me. Came from near Ky and purchased a new 2025 Honda NT1100. It was great experience from start to end. When I get ready to buy again, Pioneer will be my choice of dealers! BTW, I traded in the Can AM Spyder F3 Limited Special Series (red). If you are interested in that bike, it never gave me one minutes issue. Great trike and I treated it well! Buy it, you won't regret it.
If I could give zero stars I would.Walked in with the intention to buy and no one and I mean no one even acknowledged my presence. Went to the counter,stood there 5 minutes (keep in mind there were two gentlemen working the counter)before the older gentleman finally spoke but never even looked up,the other gentleman was on the phone and had a gentleman waiting to be checked out or even acknowledged,nothing.Definitely will not be returning here ever. I walked out.
