January of 2024 I purchased a brand new Honda XR650L. Anyone who knows bikes knows this is a dry sump engine. Within 50 miles I noticed that the bike was smoking abnormaly. On top of this the turn signals fell off on my test ride because they were never tightened. I called them about it and was told to bring it in. I did that. They had it for 3 weeks. Never called me. Doing business with pioneer was shift and convient. I found the metropolitan on the Pioneer website it had all the information that I nee. All in one place. Went to the shop and signed the papers and it was over . My metropolitan was delivered the next day. Fun fun fun
If I could give zero stars I would.Walked in with the intention to buy and no one and I mean no one even acknowledged my presence. Went to the counter,stood there 5 minutes (keep in mind there were two gentlemen working the counter)before the older gentleman finally spoke but never even looked up,the other gentleman was on the phone and had a gentleman waiting to be checked out or even acknowledged,nothing.Definitely will not be returning here ever. I walked out.
I was 600 miles from home and was having a front tire issue on a 1500 Goldwing. I looked up a Honda Dealer near me at the time and Pioneer Motorcycles popped up. It had quality reviews so I chose them. I called the service dept and Brandon answered saying if they had a tire in stock they would take care of me. Mind you, its near closing time.
