A few months back I decided, after attending a funeral, that I would set up a pre-arranged funeral for myself to save time and money. This past weekend, my cousin William passed away. Unfortunately, I wasn't there, but I heard how Justin, the guy who picked up my cousin from his home, was more than kind. William's daughter was at work when this happened, and a co-worker brought her home, leaving her car there. When all the paperwork was done, Justin asked her if she needed a ride back to her car. Came in at the beginning of January to make arrangements to cremate my mother, and after talking with Justin, I felt much better working with this funeral home. He explained the process and what they would do for me regarding a small service. He even offered his services as an ordained minister to perform her funeral for free. I couldn't believe it. This past week, a friend of mine went in to make arrangements for his Grandmother, and he said the Funeral Director he worked with, Justin Morris, was excellent. He said that when Justin called him, he noticed how Justin said that he had his Grandma in his care. The word "care" was the magic word for us.
