I feel that Dr. Alex does NOT take the time and really listen. I feel he has too busy of a schedule to actually be there for his patient. The last time I was in we agreed on certain tests and when his nurse came in and told me we were going to run these other tests. I asked her if I had to do them, she said you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to. So, I declined two of the tests cause I felt I didn’t need them. We’ll come to find out they still ran the tests and are still charging me for them. NOT COOL !!!!

No complaints here. We have had a wonder experience here & are from Sioux Falls. It is definitely worth the 40 min drive seeing my loved one happy to be where he is. The staff is so welcoming & give patient's the amount of time needed for care. The facility is clean & has no odors like some nursing homes have. The Clinic & Hospital is attached to this nursing home which also has Assisted living, Memory Care, and apartments attached. The chiropractor will even come to see patient if unable to see him at his office. This is a ... read more
