The office staff and delivery staff are very helpful and friendly. Ryan was the one to usually deliver my dads supplies and he was always knowlagable, kind, and considerate. But after being a customer of Pioneer Medical for over 5 years they contacted my parents very late yesterday evening to tell my dad they would be picking up his oxygen supplies because he needed to be reapproved because he was receiving medicare along with his current insurance.
