I visited this clinic last week with my infant who is only 9 months old. I walked in and asked for the first available doctor. The receptionist was lovely but the doctor I saw whose name is Dr. Anwara Begum, was extremely unprofessional and impatient. I explained to her that my infant has had a stubborn cough for over a month and I wanted a second opinion. She examined him and then asked for his weight , I told her his weight is 9 kg. Absolutely amazing team along with doctors
Sandra in the reception of this clinic was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I walked in. She made the check-in process smooth and efficient, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and genuine kindness—thank you for such great service!
