Had high grade fever, very sore throat. Was grateful to find a doctor on Sunday. The receptionist was very nice, Dr Begum swift, business like and effective.
Sandra who works at the reception is so welcoming and very caring and willing to help, Dr Amin is a wonderful Doctor and looked after me for many years.
I had a very disappointing experience at Pioneer Medical Practice today due to poor scheduling and a lack of professional care. 1. Poor Appointment Management: I booked an appointment, but I was not seen until an hour later. While I understand clinics can run behind, the receptionist allowed other patients who arrived after me to go in first, claiming they had been "waiting in the mall." Dr Amin is amazing ! Me and my family have been seeing him for few years now and with any problems we have had he’s always try and find the root cause and investigate rather then just admit antibiotics right away.
