Absolutely wonderful GI practice. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. Dr. Zayouna always listens and doesn't push me aside. Office staff is helpful and friendly.
Dr.Sharabi is an excellent physician. He listens very well and cares about his patients a lot! He is one of very few internal medicine doctors that still see's his own patients when they are admitted to the hospital!
End up paying thousands and thousands of dollars for Gi scopes for zero benefit to patient.
I was referred to Dr. Zayona for stomach pain. After a very brief visit, he recommended an endoscopy. The procedure was done, but I had a hard time getting my results—no one called, and I had to follow up multiple times with no clear answer. When I went in for a follow-up, I waited only to be told he had already left. On top of that, I’ve received multiple bills and now owe hundreds of dollars, yet I’m still in pain. The lack of communication and follow-up has been very frustrating.
