I've never had to have my A/C unit service before, but at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a 97° day it completely stopped working. I found Pioneer after a quick Google search, and family and friends deterring me from other companies in the area, and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 1 and 3 o'clock.
