Extremely disappointed with this company. The cabinets arrived late, poorly assembled, and nowhere near the quality I was promised. Communication was terrible—I had to chase them constantly for updates. For the price I paid, this experience has been a complete letdown. I've decided to give this cabinet company a try. I think the cabinets are ok, there is a decent selection to choose from in terms of color and style. I asked for a quote initially and never received one. I think this person has poor listening skills, time management, and make short cuts on his work. Trying to get the contractor to come back to finish the job is like clawing tooth and nail. I expect someone who's says that he is experienced in doing this and that to have better communication. Prior to signing off on a contract for our new custom home, Omkar at Pioneer Kitchen Cabinets seemed to be very accommodating and helpful with our designs and communication was on point. We were always assured to not worry as everything would be done with excellence and quality and the price point was good.
