Highly recommend Pioneer to anyone looking to save money on their power bills. We recently used Pioneer to change out our old daikin that had countless issues to a Pioneer system that uses natural refrigerant and we couldn't be happier. I waited for my first power bill to roll in before leaving this review and it didn't disappoint. Savings were spot on to what we were told they would roughly be which was around 40% savings on power. 100% liars and thieves. Avoid at all cost.
Warranty claim not honoured by this company. Non responsive when asked for copy of their technicians report. Installer repaired the unit at own cost. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
