DO NOT LET THE FRONT DESK LADY TAKE YOUR PAYMENT. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. MY BILLING HAS BEEN MESSED UP SEVERAL TIMES IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
I would stay away from this Agency. The receptionist that is at the front is very offensive. I have heard her call people darling and sweetie multiple times. She messed up my payments multiple times in the past 12 months. I started asking to have an agent take payment each time. If you have to talk to her on the phone it is painful. I had to file a claim. You guys have always been extremely easy to work with and you always take care of me , I’ve been with 3 companies and I can honestly say if this is my last one I would be more then happy they make everything extremely easy and my rate is insanely low tbh it’s crazy
