Called the number, asking if they were custom home builders in Nampa. The guy on the other end was so rude and keep asking if I was a salesman’s. I said no I’m looking for a custom home builders in Nampa. He then said no thanks and hung up. Very unprofessional.

3 of these reviews that were posted 7 months ago are all from the same family. They did not get the home they "thought" in their mind was "theirs". Mind you they did not put down any money nor were there any contracts signed. They were offered that chance but did not want to pay what the home was going to be sold for. They were from out of state and repeatedly said their home was sold and would be paying cash and later discovered they had not even listed their home yet so it was instead a contingency at the time. I would NOT recommend Pioneer Homes to anyone. They are shysters, crooked, and don’t do business like other Idaho builders.

Very unethical and unprofessional builder. Stay clear if you can and do not trust what they say. We waited 9 months for what we thought was our house being built, just to find out they chose someone else. The builders have no integrity or respect for the buyers. All they care about is money. Also, they do not price their homes until they are completed. You are told an estimated figure at the beginning and by the end it went up $60,000. Our families dreams were shattered and it’s so sad there are builders like this out there.
