Wonderful service. Very professional and ethical service! They came on the same day I called, because it was cold and my ducted heating was malfunctioning. When they discovered it was an easy fix, they were very honest about it and only charged me a modest call out fee. I have no hesitation recommending them or using their services again.
Pioneer did a fantastic job in attending immediately, giving a fair diagnosis, then followed with speedy action. Amazingly, only three days later we were warm again with a new air- conditioner. The workers left the rather tight position under the deck without a trace apart from a happily humming machine. Your service was amazing - thank you!

I have to say Ash is an exceptional man. The most honest answer true human you will meet. He is quick with responding to call outs and quick to fix an issue at any given time. We had a breakdown during Christmas and I have never seen such a fast approach achieved in such little capacity! I am beyond words! Truly a deserving company to work with! 👏 Good work team.
