When I ordered something from Earmall.com this is the place that my charge went through so I am guessing it is the online version. Their site says they will refund if not 100% happy and I can tell you I was not happy from the start. I emailed them question a few days after the order was placed and there was no response. Every email went unanswered even the one about how to get a refund. So now I am returning the product and my bank will gladly do a chargeback.

Pioneer Hearing Aid Center is the best of centers for hearing for all! They truly deeply care about their customers. I had been involved in searching for a new hearing aid since I lost mine around a month ago, reaching out to various places. Friends and family told me about Pioneer and how they enjoy helping out the hard of hearing and deaf people and to give them a call which I did.
