When I ordered something from Earmall.com this is the place that my charge went through so I am guessing it is the online version. Their site says they will refund if not 100% happy and I can tell you I was not happy from the start. I emailed them question a few days after the order was placed and there was no response. Every email went unanswered even the one about how to get a refund. So now I am returning the product and my bank will gladly do a chargeback.

I had been involved in searching for a new hearing aid since I lost mine around a month ago, reaching out to various places.
