Pioneer always goes above and beyond to fill my prescription even when I delay in ordering it. Their knowledge of products and health care is exceptional.
I’ve been picking up my prescriptions and supplements here for a while now, and I love coming here. The staff is always warm and friendly and the pharmacists are always willing to answer my questions and concerns. It’s refreshing to walk into a small, family run business and have it feel that way and feel that the staff genuinely cares for their customers and their jobs, unlike some of the bigger chains like CVS or Walgreens. I highly recommend this pharmacy, they’ll continue to have my business now and in the future.
Generally everyone is very helpful however, today when I asked for my daughters nystatin (prescription was sent over two weeks ago), she told me she could not get it ready for today by 7pm. I explained that I live over an hour away and this is the only day I can make it. This medicine is the only one that has worked for my 9 year old and she did not care. We are out of the trial and absolutely, need it before the weekend. When I asked when it could be ready she would not give me an answer and she refused to give me her name.... read more
